We are currently using poppet style couplers on our snow removal equipment and often experience water freezing in the couplers when left out all night and oil spillage on disconnection. Do you have a better option for a small fleet of plow trucks?

The poppet style was popular and in use for many snow removal applications, although better options now exist such as the APM series and flat face couplers. The APM is designed to relieve residual pressure within itself, providing a solution for connecting under pressure. The flat face valve design eliminates any cavities for water to collect and freeze, and there is no spillage upon disconnection.
