Stucchi manufactured products are warranted to the original user against defects in material & workmanship under normal use and proper installation (see Stucchi engineering CD for correct handling instructions) for one year after date of purchase, or 2000 operating hours, whichever comes first. The Seller’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, as hereinafter provided, at its option any product found to Seller’s satisfaction to be defective upon examination by it within 30 days of discovery of defect. This warranty will not apply to any product that has been subject to abuse, accident, misapplication, or negligence. Warranty will not apply to altered products, repaired by someone other than seller and normal maintenance services and replacement of service items. Seller disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and any other obligation or liability.
