OVERVIEW:
Stucchi’s offers hydraulic solutions which have been proven to be ideal for wheel loaders running wing plows, front plows, 4 in 1 buckets, brooms and various other attachments, in commercial and municipality snow removal applications.
Stucchi’s multi-coupling plates and VEP Series of threaded, flat-face couplers improve equipment efficiency and uptime with easy connect under residual pressure and no leak performance.
CHALLENGE:
Pressure and Fluid Leaks
Residual pressure is a common issue experienced by operators connecting wheel loader attachments such as wing plows, front plows, 4-in-1 buckets, brooms, grapples, and many others. Time delays jeopardize road safety and hinder machine efficiency. Hydraulic fluid leaks are common with traditional poppet-style couplers and often leak fluid onto garage floors and into the environment.
Operators may be unaware that a better option exists with dripless, simple connect and disconnect, even in the presence of residual or trapped pressure.
THE STUCCHI SOLUTION:
The Stucchi Multi‐Plate Series allows the simultaneous coupling and uncoupling of multiple hydraulic lines with a single, simple movement requiring very little force.
The Stucchi VEP Series is a popular solution for hydraulic circuit applications subject to high‐pressure impulses and circuits which experience high residual or trapped pressure in a line.
RESULTS:
Stucchi’s coupling technology offers a dripless connection while providing the ability to connect and disconnect in the presence of residual or trapped pressure.
BENEFITS:
