A Premier Series Flat Face Coupling Specifications
The A Premier series of flat face couplings offers a modular design for multiple port options which provides flexibility to enhance a multitude of configurations. This reliable coupling features a safety locking system to prevent accidental disconnection and a special U design engineered in PTFE for maximum resistance to extrusion. Sizes range from 1/8” through 1 ½” with ISO 16028 interchangeability and port options including: SAE, JIC, NPT, ORFS, DIN, BSP.
The hardened carbon steel construction supports operations with a working pressure of 27 to 42 MPa and a psi range of 3915 – 6090 with 12 to 20 balls to reduce brinelling. The A Premier International Series provides the same superior flow characteristics, ratings for higher pressure and lower pressure drop features. The International ISO 16028 series provides convenient port configurations in German (DIN) or British (BSP).
